React Native Mobile Developer

About the role

Mobile is a growing part of our delivery practice. We build native-quality mobile apps for clients using React Native, and we integrate AI features - voice interfaces, on-device intelligence, LLM-powered assistants - directly into the mobile experience. We need someone who cares deeply about performance, smooth animations, and the details that make an app feel premium.

• Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Expo or bare workflow)

• Implement pixel-perfect UI from design specs with smooth 60fps animations

• Integrate REST APIs, LLM APIs, and real-time data feeds into mobile clients

• Write performant native modules or bridge code where React Native falls short

• Set up OTA updates, crash reporting, and analytics pipelines (Sentry, Mixpanel, etc.)

• Publish and manage releases on the App Store and Google Play

• 3+ years of React Native development with shipped apps on both platforms

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and deep knowledge of React patterns

• Experience with Expo and the bare React Native workflow

• Familiarity with native modules, performance profiling, and memory management

• Understanding of App Store and Play Store submission requirements

• Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, Jotai, or similar)

• Experience with on-device AI features (Whisper API, on-device TTS/STT)

• Familiarity with integrating OpenAI or other LLM APIs into mobile UIs

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development

• Knowledge of React Navigation and deep linking

• Build mobile products that use cutting-edge AI features - not just standard CRUD apps
