Growth & Marketing Manager

About the role

Thinkscoop is growing and we need a marketer who understands both the technical depth of what we do and how to make enterprise decision-makers take notice. You'll own demand generation, content strategy, and brand - working closely with our CMO to build pipeline and establish Thinkscoop as the go-to AI and software consultancy. This is a high-ownership role in a lean team.

What you'll do

  • Own demand generation: SEO, paid, LinkedIn, content, and email

  • Create and manage a content calendar covering AI, software development, and industry insights

  • Write or brief case studies, blog posts, playbooks, and LinkedIn thought leadership

  • Track marketing metrics - pipeline, MQLs, CAC - and optimise accordingly

  • Run experiments: A/B tests, new channels, messaging frameworks

  • Coordinate with the CMO on brand positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy

  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing tools

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in software, SaaS, or professional services

  • Strong content writing skills - you can write for both technical and business audiences

  • Experience with SEO strategy and content-driven organic growth

  • Comfortable with marketing analytics - Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent

  • Self-starter who can manage campaigns with minimal oversight

  • Genuine interest in AI and software technology

Nice to have

Not required
  • Experience marketing to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or enterprise decision-makers

  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools for at-scale production

  • Experience with paid LinkedIn and Google Ads for B2B campaigns

  • Prior experience in a consulting, agency, or services business
